PHILIPPE ET ETHNÉ DE VIENNE
Spicies' Hunters
These epicureans, flavors lovers, spice hunters all over the planet had a"revival" a few years ago. Philippe found it increasingly difficult to literally stand on his feet. After Investigation, research and questionings in the medical world, the diagnosis came up: SPPP, primary progressive multiple scleroses.
No existing treatment. Solution? The wheelchair.
That’s if you don’t know the resilience of man... and his sweet wife’s tenacity. So after endless searching on the internet, Philippe discovers the "spicy paleo" diet.
Mesmerized his doctor, Philippe De Vienne reversed the course of the disease in a few weeks. No more sweet food, no more medicine, no more taste, no more food and no more tasty recipes.
Well, fine cheeses had to be sacrificed, etc. But when you are told that in a few years you will be in a wheelchair and you remember it while climbing up to 3000 meters somewhere in Ethiopia, there are sentences that make you smile.

ULRICH SCHREIER
Agronomist in biodynamics and permaculture
He teaches regenerative agriculture. Organic and biodynamic farmer on 120 hectares in Saint-Augustin-des-Bois in the Maine and Loire, Ulrich and his colleagues on the other side of the Rhine have switched to scalping techniques (with crow's feet or flat legs), to obtain direct sowing. It is more of an approach than a system. For him, "everyone finds the way that best suits the soil, the climate and the needs of the cropping system (rotations, animals ...)". Thanks to its capacity to regenerate degraded soils in a short time and with limited resources, biodynamics seems to be very important in the improvement of organic farming, food farming and the environment’s quality.

IDRISS ABERKANE
Lecturer, teacher at Centrale Supélec, Neuroscience, Biology, IT, Mathematics, Philosophy, Geopolitics ... passionate
Specialized in biomimetics and bio-economy, Idriss Aberkane consultant to the managers in their economic model transformation processes. His philosophy: Use your inspiration in Nature, go for regenerative approaches.
Let's image the world in 2030 and forward. What would be the most relevant challenges for the governments, the companies and the civilians?
We shouldn't think of Nature as a material resource, we should think of it as a knowledge resource.
To avoid the paradox, Idriss Aberkane believes that we should get inspired from Nature as a complex intelligence model. He joins the idea of the Belgian Industrial Gunter Pauli, who brought up the concept of "The Blue Economy"…
